✔️Additionally, the transition from pneumatic to electric stop plates and brake rims significantly supports emissions reductions by eliminating the continuous air consumption inherent in pneumatics.

✔️In addition to the installation speed, the new design delivers overall cost savings. This is driven by simplified production processes requiring up to 90% less welding, as well as the introduction of a single roll diameter of 50 [mm] across the entire portfolio. Improved accessibility and serviceability of wear components further reduces downtime and maintenance costs. In addition, the conveyors can now be pre-assembled prior to shipment, with the actuators pre-installed and linked to their position numbers. This streamlines the installation process and minimises the need for on-site adjustments.
