c-Pal

The c-Pal is designed to automate your end-of-line palletising with a low investment in time and money. With 8 strokes per minute, it rivals the palletising speed of manual palletising applications. The c-Pal offers the robustness of an industrial robot without sacrificing the benefits, friendly use, and flexibility of a conventional cobot.

• With safety scanners, the c-Pal is safe and does not require safety fencing. The floorspace for a cobot and two pallet positions is only 3 m2. The safety scanners restrict motion if incidental contact occurs, and the c-Pal meets ISO/TS 15066 and PLc safety standards. Within the 3 m² floorspace, even greater efficiency can be achieved with the vacuum gripper, which allows for the pick-up of single or multiple boxes simultaneously, and optional combinations with automated transport of empty and full pallets.
• The c-Pal is an easily operated system, with minimal training required for the operators. They can operate the c-Pal, program new stacking patterns with the user-friendly interface, and quickly relocate and re-install the plug & play c-Pal. The flexibility of the c-Pal setup allows for fast switching between SKU’s, and can be used as part of a larger system or as stand alone palletiser.
